Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be received within 21 days from the return issue date. Returns received after 21 days will be issued store credit.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original hangtag. The condition of the return is left to the discretion of Homecoming New York. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable when exchanging or returning an item. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of Homecoming New York product.

how to return a product

• Email alexis@homecomingnyc.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number and return address.
• Clearly mark the outside of your package with the issued rma #. This will help with expediting your return and make it easy to identify once received at our warehouse.
• mail your return to the address provided with the rma # (unauthorized returns will not be accepted)

Homecoming New York does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Please contact alexis@homecomingnyc.com to issue a return of a gift.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
